Steve is a CPA with over 35 years experience in commercial real estate specializing in real estate finance, accounting, and taxation. Certified Fund Manager.
Cole Francis
Founding Partner
Licensed California Real Estate Broker since 1986 with extensive experience in private lending, bankruptcy cases, and receivership. Active community volunteer.
John McColl
Founding Partner
John has over 35 years in commercial real estate experience Board member for St. Paul’s Senior Homes and US National Volleyball team member.
Whitney Austin
Director of Operations
Whitney has over 15 years of corporate experience and manages the fund's operations and compliance.
Kyle Engle
Director of Finance
Kyle has over 10 years of corporate finance and accounting experience and manages the fund’s financial operations.
Dan McColl
Director of Construction Lending
Dan is a Stanford graduate and La Jolla native with a hands-on approach to construction loan management.
