Our Story

The Trinity Mortgage Fund founders and managing principals have worked together for over 30 years, bringing over 100 years of combined real estate experience in the Southern California markets. Trinity Mortgage Fund is not a typical hard money lender. For our team, lending is a relationship, not a transaction.

Our three principals are involved in every loan decision and have been in your shoes. We have been directly involved in the acquisition, entitlement, finance, development, leasing, and management of virtually every type of commercial and residential real estate.

With our experience and expertise, we successfully launched Trinity Mortgage Fund in 2016. Over the past 10 years, we've successfully funded close to $300M in single family residential and commercial acquisition bridge, fix-and-flip, and rehab/construction loans.
