The Story

Mission Boulevard is the main artery through Mission Beach, and we know every block of it. Two of our principals live in this neighborhood. When a new construction opportunity came in on Mission Blvd, we didn't need to study the market. We are the market.

We funded $2.3 million for a single-family new construction project. Our block-level familiarity with Mission Beach meant we could assess the lot, the plans, and the end-buyer profile without delay. We knew what finished homes sell for on this stretch, what configurations work, and what buyers in this price range expect.
