We funded $2.3 million for a single-family new construction project. Our block-level familiarity with Mission Beach meant we could assess the lot, the plans, and the end-buyer profile without delay. We knew what finished homes sell for on this stretch, what configurations work, and what buyers in this price range expect.

Throughout construction, we monitored progress with the kind of proximity that only a local lender can offer. When your office is a short walk from the job site, staying close to your collateral isn't a process. It's just part of the day.
