Steve Kuptz

Steve is a 1981 graduate of Stanford University where he and John McColl met as fraternity brothers. Steve has over 35 years experience in commercial real estate specializing in real estate finance, accounting and taxation. Steve is a Certified Public Accountant earning the designation in 1985 and spent six years in public accounting specializing in the audit and taxation of publicly traded real estate securities. In addition to holding a CPA License, Steve holds an AICPA Chartered General Management Account designation and is a member of the AICPA Personal Financial Planning section. Steve received the Certified Fund Manager designation from the American Association of Private Lenders and currently serves on the organization's Education Committee. He has also been an active community volunteer having serving in various Board and Committee roles for a number of San Diego based community serving non-profits, youth and faith based organizations over the past 41 years. Steve has been happily married for 36 years and is the proud father of 3 daughters.
