Dan McColl
Director of Construction Lending
Dan McColl is a 2021 graduate of Stanford University in Management Science and Engineering. Dan is a La Jolla native and previously worked for a large San Diego private lender underwriting small business loans. Dan manages the fund’s portfolio of construction loans and works directly with property owners, general contractors and fund control throughout the building process. Dan is a licensed real estate salesperson and notary public. Dan is also a competitive beach volleyball player, participating in CBVA and AVP sponsored tournaments year-round.
