Cole Francis is a 1980 graduate of the University of Arizona and has been licensed as a California Real Estate Broker since 1986. Cole began his Private Lending career in 1986 assisting a private investor in assessing and recommending private loan investments and working out problem loans when challenges arose. In 1991, Cole served for eighteen months as the court appointed Examiner in the $150 million Pioneer Mortgage bankruptcy case. In addition, Cole served over a five year period as a court appointed Receiver to preserve and protect real estate security for the benefit of lenders in foreclosure proceedings. Cole's previous professional licensing includes Securities Series 7 and general contractor. Cole has also been an active community volunteer serving for eight years at Santa Fe Christian Schools and is a volunteer with the Wounded Warrior surf rehabilitation program located in Del Mar, CA. Cole has been happily married for 41 years and is the proud father of a son and two daughters.
